In this video, we'll demonstrate how to incorporate calendar-based autoresponse messages into an existing autoresponder campaign. Ensure you've watched the tutorial on creating an autoresponder campaign before proceeding.
Access Dashboard:
- Log in to your dashboard using your credentials.
Navigate to Campaigns:
- Click on "Campaigns" from the dashboard menu.
Search for Campaign:
- Use the search box to find the campaign you want to edit.
Select Campaign:
- Once found, select the campaign you wish to modify.
Enable Calendar-Based Messages:
- Check the "Shuffle/Calendar Autoresponse Messages" checkbox.
Manage Autoresponses:
- Click on "Manage Auto Responses."
Add New Message:
- Create a new message by clicking "New Message."
Name and Customize Message:
- Give your message a name.
- Customize the response message according to your needs.
Set Dates and Times:
- Edit the dates and times for your message.
- Specify which days of the week users will receive this particular response.
Save Changes:
- Click "Save" to save your new calendar-based autoresponse message.
Now, users who send the keyword during the specified time frame will receive this customized response instead of the default one.
