Steps to Configure Outlook

Step 1:

Click on Tools -> Account settings

Step 2:

Email tab, click on ‘New’ button

Step 3:

On ‘Add New E-mail Account’ dialog, select ‘other’

Step 4:

Enter TxtImpact Outlook Mobile service account address (https://mzone.wire2air.com/oms/) in the ‘Web Service Address’ box

Step 5:

Enter your account USERID and PASSWORD.
Press Test Account Settings to test the connection.

Click on New Items-> Select Text Message (SMS) option.

Enter recipient(s) mobile number(s) and type your message and press ‘SEND’.

MS Outlook 2013/2016/Office 365

Outlook 2013 doesn’t support the Outlook text messaging service, but you can still send text messages through email using our email to text service. There will be no software to install. Or you can download our Outlook 2013 Add-in.

Using Outlook 2013 Add-in you can send and receive text messages and picture messages. Contact our Sales team if you would like to use Outlook text message Add-In.
