Overview:
The TXTImpact Outlook Add-In allows you to send and receive SMS directly from Microsoft 365 Outlook (Online and Desktop).

Before Installation:
The Add-In works with Microsoft 365 Outlook (Online and Desktop).
You do NOT need a Microsoft-hosted email to use the Add-In.
If you are NOT connected to Outlook from your TXTImpact dashboard:
You will NOT be able to access Outlook Contacts.
Sent messages will NOT be stored in your Outlook “Sent Items” folder.
The TXTImpact Outlook Add-In is available only for TXTImpact Omnihub accounts.
If you log into your dashboard using https://app.wire2air.com, your account must be migrated to Omnihub before installing this Add-In.

How to Send SMS from Outlook
Easy Step By Step Process
Step 1:
Sign Up with TXTImpact and Go to Integrations > Click Outlook > Click Connect > Accept Microsoft permissions.
Step 2:
Now Download this manifest XML: Download Manifest (.xml)
Step 3:
Open Outlook (Web or Desktop) and open any email message → Apps (or …) → Get Add-ins.
Step 4:
My Add-ins → Custom Add-ins → Add from File → select the downloaded XML → Install.
Step 5:
Open any email → click TXTImpact / Wire2Air icon → Messenger opens on the right.
Step 6:
Click New Message → enter number → type message → Send.
