Welcome to SMS marketing tutorials! In this video, we'll learn how to set up a text survey campaign.
Access Dashboard:
- Log in to your account using your username and password.
- Once logged in, you'll be directed to the dashboard.
Create New Campaign:
- Click on "Campaigns" and then the plus button to add a new campaign.
- Select "Text to Survey" from the options.
Configure Campaign:
- Enter the keyword for users to text to receive survey questions.
- Give the survey a relevant name.
- Set the start and end date and time for the survey.
- Click "Save" to save the campaign.
Add Questions to Survey:
- Click on "Manage Questions" to add questions to your survey.
- Click "Add New Question" and select the question type (multiple choice or open-ended).
- Enter the question and response options.
- Save your question and repeat for additional questions.
- Customize welcome and response messages in the advanced settings.
Save and Test Survey:
- Enter the email address to receive completed survey responses.
- Click "Save" to finalize your survey campaign.
- Test the survey to ensure it's working correctly.
Survey Reports:
- Access survey reports by clicking on the "Survey Data" tab.
- View the survey summary report for an overview of participants and completed surveys.
- Click on the "Detailed Report" button to see individual participant responses.
- Review tabulated responses for multiple-choice questions.
Invite Participants:
- Invite participants to take part in the survey by clicking on "Invite Subscribers."
